Email dashboard reports

Any dashboard can be delivered to your inbox on a schedule. The email contains a rendered snapshot of the dashboard as it looked at send time, so the morning numbers are in front of people who never open a BI tool.

Subscribe

1. Open the dashboard and choose “Subscribe” from its action menu.
2. Pick a frequency: daily, weekdays, weekly, or monthly.
3. Pick the send time (5-minute steps) and your timezone.

An envelope icon appears in the dashboard header while you are subscribed; select it to change the schedule or unsubscribe. Every email also carries an unsubscribe link.

How it behaves

• Subscriptions are personal: each member chooses their own dashboards and schedule, and the snapshot is generated from the dashboard’s shared state.
• QuickViews cannot be subscribed to; publish a dashboard first. That keeps scheduled email tied to content the team actually maintains.
• The snapshot is rendered server-side at send time, one render per dashboard per scheduled send, regardless of how many people subscribe.
