Invite your team
Once the model is published and dashboards exist, bring in the people who will use them. There are two paths: direct invites, and automatic join for your company domain. Roles are explained in Roles and permissions; the short version is that Viewer is the safe default for anyone who consumes numbers, and Editor and up are for people who produce shared content.
Invite a member
Invite from the Team page in your workspace settings (Admin only): enter the email address and pick the role the person should start with.
The invited person clicks the link in the invitation email, or signs up directly with the invited address. Membership is granted by email match: whoever signs in with that address gets the invite’s role. Forwarding the link to someone else does not admit them; the address is what counts.
Domain join
If your studio has its own email domain, an Admin can enable domain-wide registration in the workspace settings: set the company domain and a default role, and coworkers join automatically the first time they sign in.
Two rules keep this safe:
- Domain join requires Google sign-in. A password signup can type any address, so it never joins by domain alone. Colleagues who prefer password accounts still get in by invitation, or by signing in with Google once.
- Public email providers are not accepted as company domains (gmail.com and similar), so the domain rule can only ever cover addresses your company actually controls.
Fine-tuning access
The workspace role is the default across all projects. When someone needs more or less on a specific project (a contractor scoped to one game, an analyst who models only their own title), an Admin can set a per-project override, including hiding a project entirely. Details in Roles and permissions.
